<p>It is a great blend of a modern fitness facility, and positive professional environment.</p>
<h4> What do you think stands out to customers when they describe their overall X Shadyside experience?</h4>
<p>An educated and experienced staff topped off by a stylish décor.</p>
<h4>What is your specialty and what makes your class unique and different from other fitness facilities?</h4>
<p>I bring a unique mix of educational and practical experience. I have vast experience working in Sports Performance and Youth Fitness, yet tailor each workout and program to individual needs and goals by creating a hybrid approach to training to maximize results be it weight loss, general fitness or any other focus.</p>
<h4>What is the best compliment you received regarding your training/class?</h4>
<p>The best compliment for me is when a person come to me and tells me that our training has had a major impact on improving their life in some way, memorable experience, life changing, or they couldn’t have gotten here without my help.</p>
<h4>Do you have any tips or helpful hints?</h4>
<p>When you want to accomplish something, you have to commit to it and all that goes with it!</p>
<h4>What classes other than your own do you recommend at X Shadyside? Why?</h4>
<p>I recommend all classes, they offer an alternative to the daily routine, allow you to meet new people, and maybe get extra workouts in between training sessions or their own workouts.</p>
<h4>What are your hobbies outside of the gym?</h4>
<p>Head Coach Plum midget football. Assistant Coach Pittsburgh AAA squirt hockey, Little Penguins developmental hockey. Other coaching/instructing /refereeing positions in youth athletics: Basketball Camp Coach, Soccer Camp Coach, Youth Soccer Coach, Youth Baseball Coach, Youth Basketball Coach. Competitive Olympic and Power Lifting and training, basketball, racquetball, running, swimming, volleyball, anything outdoors, golf, football, soccer, or any other recreational sport.</p>
