An X Shadyside membership is your all-inclusive pass to clean facilities, modern equipment and challenging classes. Below we’ve listed just a few of the things you can do with your memberships.
- You are invited to join more than 40 weekly group classes including:
- LES MILLS™ BODYPUMP™& BODYATTACK™
- Zumba® & Zumba® Hip-Hop
- Piyo™
- Pilates
- Jivamukti Yoga, Power Yoga, Morning Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and more yoga classes
- Cycling
- Workout on over 200 pieces of premier nautilus and plate-loaded equipment and 50 pieces of cardio equipment.
- Use the locker rooms with private showers.
- Schedule a free fitness orientation with a personal trainer within 30 days of becoming a member.
