SilverSneakers

SilverSneakers® is a fun, energizing program that helps older adults take greater control of their health by encouraging physical activity and offering social events. X Shadyside offers this award-winning program to people who are eligible for Medicare or to group retirees.


Services

Massage

Massage is one of the oldest, simplest forms of therapy and is a system of stroking, pressing and kneading different areas of the body to relieve pain, relax, stimulate, and tone the body. Learn more about how regular massages can benefit you!

Monday we open at 6:00 AM and don’t close until Friday at 9:00 PM
