What will the Biggest Loser competition do for me?

The Biggest Loser competition is an 8 week program that will motivate and support you to lose weight.

What is included in the Biggest Loser competition?

  • Weigh-ins every Thursday or Friday by an X Shadyside staff member
  • 2 or more missed weigh-ins result in removal from competition
  • 2 weekly weight gains in a row will result in removal from competition
  • Weight amounts will not be posted but % of weight loss will (the following Monday)
  • Only one weigh-in on “official” scale permitted per week
  • The individual with the highest % of weight lost will win
  • Each participant will receive an educational packet to help get you started
  • Discounted personal training packages for program participants

What does the Biggest Loser competition cost?

$10 Buy-In to participate.

What does the winner get?

  • The “Pot”
  • One-Year Paid Membership
  • 12 Personal Training Sessions

(The prize is expected to be valued at more than $1,000!)

Do you have to be a member of the gym to compete?

NO…invite your friends to compete with you!!
