Monday we open at 6:00 AM and don’t close until Friday at 9:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Holiday Hours: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Boot Camp


What will boot camp do for me?

Boot Camp workouts enhance your aerobic capacity, promote significant calorie-burning and improve your muscle fitness! The structure of the boot camp also provides accountability, teamwork, motivation, a physical challenge, diversity, fun and results!

What is included in the boot camp?

  • Each participant will receive weekly educational emails or handouts.
  • Mini-competitions will be held throughout to win various prizes.
  • You will receive a boot camp t-shirt.

What do I need for boot camp?

You should bring lots of water and “dress for mess” because we will be there rain or shine!

When is the next boot camp?

Start Date: Tuesday, May 3rd
Duration:  8 Weeks
Days: Mondays & Thursdays
Time: 6:00 – 7:00 AM
Location: Mellon Park

16 Sessions are only $149
