Speciality is in group/boot camp style workouts and athlete training, but I also really enjoy working with any individual who wants to achieve their personal fitness goals
Hobbies outside of the gym include coaching wrestling, kayaking, playing disc golf, and spending time with my wife and kids.
My training philosophy is that everyone has been created with great potential, and that setting and achieving fitness goals will carry over and make you a better person in many other areas of your life. Every individual should find what works best to help them become who they want to be and how they want to feel at their best. It is important to be open to trying different training methods to discover what works best for each individual.
