I have been working towards my health / fitness goals since I was 11 years old. Ever since I was growing up, seeing the way my dad would assist me in baseball, and the way my mom would push me towards education, it really struck me that I had learned a strong sense of determination to complete tasks. I grew up learning to strength-train in my basement with my dad, and have branched out to various forms of exercise, nutrition, deepening my spirituality, mental stimulation, and better furthering my social connections.
I consider exercise a keystone habit of mine that got me to branch out to learning so many other new things, and I wish to always provide somebody that I’m teaching a similar experience! Exercise has made me stronger (both internally and externally), wiser, more relaxed, healthier, and more swift / agile. Exercise has changed my life, to say the least. And it is most definitely one of the best medications to keep you on your feet and living longer!
“The learning process never ends!”
