My passion is helping my clients develop healthier lifestyles. I incorporate a wide range of training equipment into my sessions to show clients that exercise can be enjoyable and beneficial to their everyday lives. I have experience in both group exercise instruction and personal training with several special populations and clients with a variety of fitness goals, including but not limited to:
Life has a funny way of placing us in situations that force us to our limits. However, it’s what we achieve PAST these limits that determines our own personal growth. In the moments when we feel like quitting, like giving up and throwing in the towel, and yet, find it within ourselves to somehow push through; THAT’s where the REAL growth happens.
