Every training session is designed to enhance an athlete’s performance, while simultaneously reducing the likeliness of injury. Each session features a multifaceted approach which addresses agility, speed, quickness, functional strength, dynamic posture, power, and cardiovascular endurance . All these functionalities, when properly addressed through a systematic and adaptive approach, help athletes achieve optimal performance levels across the sports continuum . Regardless of an athlete’s current training status, this program allows athletes from beginner to elite, to participate in the same class and be challenged to their capabilities through proper exercise progression and regression.
Our PerformX coaches are all certified personal trainers with strength and conditioning experience and the desire to help your athlete excel! Currently we’re offering 17 different session times throughout the week, including Saturdays. We also are offering team training, with flexibility to travel on site!
