X Shadyside’s nationally-certified personal trainers are focused on educating and inspiring our members. With over 50 years of combined experience, our trainers provide the highest quality, results-driven, personalized fitness programs for members in any stage of their fitness journey. Your workouts will consist of motivating, challenging, efficient exercises that make the most of your time and energy.
