X Shadyside Youth Sports Performance Camp will focus on building a stronger athletic foundation and improving an overall athletic performance for all sports. The camp will improve agility, flexibility, coordination, reaction timing, bodyweight exercises, self confidence, mental toughness, and conditioning for all participants.
Each session will consist of a structured dynamic warm up, mobility drills, plyometric training, bodyweight movement exercises, conditioning, and teamwork activities.

Karlon Nixon has 23 years of coaching experience at the Collegiate & High School level, is an ISSA Personal Trainer, a USA Track and Field Level 1 Coach, holds JrFit Youth Fitness, NESTA Speed, Agility, Quickness Trainer, and NFHSA Sportsmanship & Concussion Certifications.
