X Shadyside’s open-concept gym is built for every style of training. Our first floor includes enough cardio equipment so you never have to wait...treadmills, ellipticals and more.  Our dedicated squat room is equipped with specialty bars, pads and benches for lifters chasing their next PR.

The second floor is home to the majority of our strength equipment, including selectorized machines, plate-loaded stations, and a full dumbbell area. This level also features an open space for stretching, mobility, and bodyweight training, complete with TRX suspension trainers, hand weights, and heavy bags for boxing or conditioning work. It’s a versatile area designed to support every stage of your workout.

The gym is huge, well outfitted and its staff are highly professional and create a friendly and positive environment.
